This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to Luvet, a professional grid image cropping and splitting mobile application. Designed for local picture processing, the App enables users to upload personal images, split photos into grid segments and save cropped picture files independently. This policy complies with Apple App Store privacy guidelines, international data protection laws and mainstream industry privacy specifications. It clearly defines our data collection, processing, storage and protection standards during users’ use of image uploading, grid cropping and split saving functions. Installing and using this application indicates that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any clause herein, please terminate all use of the App’s services immediately.

1. Age Service Restriction

• Luvet delivers grid image cropping services only for users aged 18 and above. The application is not designed or intended for use by minor groups.

• We do not actively collect, store or process any image files, operation records and related data uploaded by minors. No minor-generated content will be reserved on our platform.

• Once the system detects image content uploaded by underage users, all corresponding files and operation traces will be permanently deleted without reservation. Legal guardians may contact our official email to submit data deletion requests if unauthorized minor usage is identified.

2. Types of Processed Data

• User Uploaded Image Data: To complete core grid cropping and split saving functions, we only process local images actively and voluntarily uploaded by users. All image files are solely used for grid segmentation, picture cropping and independent file generation within the App.

• Anonymous Operation Logs: We collect minimal, non-identifiable operation data including function usage records, image processing logs and App running status information. This type of data cannot be used to identify any individual user and carries no personal privacy attributes.

• No Sensitive Private Data Collection: We strictly adhere to the minimal data principle. The App will not obtain user location information, contact data, identity information, irrelevant album content or any other sensitive personal data without explicit user authorization.

3. Data Processing Purpose

• Realize Core Image Processing Functions: Uploaded images are processed only to support grid division, precise picture cropping, segmented preview and independent saving of split pictures, realizing the basic functional attributes of the tool.

• Optimize Application Operating Experience: Anonymous operation logs are used to analyze App running stability, fix functional bugs, optimize image cropping accuracy and improve overall processing efficiency.

• Respond to User Service Requests: Reserved valid data is used to handle user privacy consultations, functional feedback and technical support demands to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.

4. Data Storage Rules & User Rights

• All user uploaded original images and cropped grid pictures are mainly processed locally on user devices. The App only uses temporary encrypted cache to complete image segmentation tasks.

• We will not permanently store users’ original images and cropped picture files on remote servers. All image resources are independently controlled by users.

• Users enjoy full ownership and intellectual property rights of all uploaded and processed images. You can manually delete cached image files and processing records at any time within the App.

• After users delete local cached content or uninstall the App, all temporary image data will be automatically and completely cleared without residual retention.

5. Data Security Protection Mechanism

• We adopt industry-standard encryption technology for temporary image cache data to prevent illegal data access and theft.

• The platform establishes strict internal data access authority management. No internal staff can view, obtain or export user image resources without formal authorization.

• We maintain long-term security monitoring and technical iteration to effectively avoid data leakage, tampering and abnormal loss, and fully protect user image privacy security.

6. Data Sharing and External Disclosure

• We firmly oppose commercial data trading and will never sell, rent or transfer user uploaded images and processing records to any third party for profit purposes.

• Under normal service operation scenarios, user image data will not be shared, disclosed or provided to any external institutions and individuals.

• Data disclosure is only allowed in legal mandatory situations, including official judicial and administrative law enforcement requirements, or explicit voluntary authorization submitted by users personally.

7. Third-Party Service Description

The App’s basic image parsing, rendering and cache processing functions rely on secure and compliant third-party technical services. All cooperative third-party platforms have independent privacy management systems and privacy policies, which are not governed by this agreement. We only select legally qualified and safe service providers and do not bear legal liability for independent data processing behaviors of third parties.

8. User Data Management Rights

• Users have independent and complete control rights over all personal image data and processing records generated in the App.

• Users have the right to query, preview, delete cached image data and withdraw data processing authorization at any time.

9. Policy Update Rules

We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy according to App function upgrades, technical adjustments and changes in Apple platform specifications and national laws. The latest policy content will be displayed in the App with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App’s image cropping services after updates means that you fully accept the revised policy terms.

10. Legal Disclaimer

We strictly abide by privacy protection laws and industry norms to protect user image data security. Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be responsible for data loss, information leakage and service abnormalities caused by force majeure, user improper operation, network faults and third-party server failures.
